Three Eagles players in CAF’s best 11

Three Super Eagles players, have earned their spot in Confederation of African Football (CAF) online best eleven for the 2018 World Cup qualifiers.

CAF released the list on its online portal with players from Nigeria, Uganda, Zambia, Tunisia, and a host of others making the list.

It has Denis Onyango from Uganda in goal and a three man backline comprising Cote d’Ivoire’s Serge Aurier, Morocco’s Mehdi Benatia and Nigeria’s Leon Balogun.

In the Midfield is Cape Verde’s Nuno Rocha who was a major contributor in the 2-1 demolition of South Africa along with Ghailene Chaalali of Tunisia, Hakim Zeyich of Morrocco and Nigeria’s Wilfred Ndidi and Victor Moses.

The Forwards are Seydou Doumbia of Cote d’Ivoire and Zambia’s Brian Mwila
