I am not Nigeria’s problem- 2face Idibia

Popular Nigerian artiste Innocent Ujah Idibia, popularly known as 2face Idibia, has recently said in a statement, that he is not Nigeria’s problem.

This is as a result of the issue he had with Nigerian Entertainer Charles Oputa a.k.a Charly Boy, who recently called on his fellow celebrities to join him in the protest he pioneered in Abuja. While some joined him, others did not. 2face was one of those who didn’t joined in the protest, He was later called out on instagram by Charly Boy.

Reacting to Charly Boy’s call-out  in an interview with Saturday Beats, the artiste said he did not understand why  Charly Boy would shade him for not coming out during the protest.

“The only thing I have to say about the protest is that I am not Nigeria’s problem. I don’t understand why Charlie Boy is calling me out. He should talk to the people that are Nigeria’s problem. That is all I have to say about that,” he said.

The singer further addressed the issue of the release of his former signee Dammy Krane, who was involved in a fake credit card scandal in the United State of America.

“I always knew that Dammy Krane would be freed but you know that he still had to go to court and clear his name. It was just unfortunate that it happened to him. I would say that he was at the right place at the wrong time. He was going for a show and some people that were travelling with him were of questionable character and it implicated everyone else. It could have happened to anybody.

A similar occurrence almost happened to me once. I went for a show in Amsterdam or somewhere in Europe, I can’t really recall. The ticket was bought with stolen cards and I did not know. It almost caused problems for me but everyone was aware that I did not buy the ticket myself so they sorted it out. Such an incident could happen to anybody,” He finally said
