Super Eagles squad, good to go – Rohr

Technical adviser of the Super Eagles, Gernot Rohr, has ruled out calling up new players into the current Super Eagles squad ahead of Eagle’s match against Zambia.

Rohr has said he will maintain the squad that featured in the match against the Cameroonians in the back to back games. He insisted that his boys need to finish the job of the qualification for Russia 2018 world cup when they trade tackle with the Chipolopolo of Zambia in Uyo on October 7.

Nigeria, having secured four vital points from their last two games against Cameroon, would need a win against Zambia to book a spot in the Russia 2018 World Cup.

Coach Rohr however kept the door open for Arsenal striker Alex Iwobi who was absent from previous matches due to injury saying he might be called upon for the match if he is fully fit by next month.
